Roommate Receives;
- cooked meals, at least 3-4 times per week
- laundry service
- cleaning
- own private bedroom
- own private bathroom
- lawn care provided
- groceries (basic)
- utilities provided

Requirements:
- must pass a extensive background check
- must not be allergic to or mind dogs or birds
- provide (5) strong references
- have a solid job/ career of at least (5) years
- provide bank statements for the past 12 months
- afford and pay rent on time
- organized, clean and honest
- have own transportation
- valid La drivers license

Monthly Rent: $3,500
