Thanks for the suggestions. Gris, I understand the question of why do the same thing, but it just makes the most sense and something we both enjoy doing and look forward to every year. Her birthdays around Xmas so a lot people forget about it, so I book a nice hotel in Nola the weekend before Xmas and we get to go in and relax and go enjoy a nice meal and celebrate her.
