You know two years ago it pissed him off that he took a paycut with intent to help resign Welker, then Bill lets him go.

Then this year he trades away his best OL.

Those facts plus he won't spend money or high draft picks to get weapons for Brady.

At what point does he say F it and demand a trade? Does he ever or no?

At this point letting Welker walk was a good thing.

Tom will retire as a Patriot. He and Bill are inseparable.

To be fair, both of those things sort of worked out -- Welker just had his third concussion in a year and got popped for PEDs and Mankins was making too much for a guard and got hurt in Week 1.

I think the Belichick's drafting ability is horrendously overrated, but they've done a good job of retooling and rebuilding through the draft by cutting ties with veterans at the right time. Guys like McGinest, Seymour, Welker and Moss come to mind immediately. It's better to have depth at many positions than have a few stars and be shallow.

What QB needy team gives Brady a better chance to get to the Super Bowl than the Patriots?

Overreaction.

The defense is an easy enough fix, just go back to a 43. I have no idea why they were playing in a 34 Sunday. Asking Chandler Jones to play a 2 gap principled 5 tech is beyond idiotic. He weighs 260 pounds, and is just not capable of doing that effectively.

As for the offensive line, Patriots fans knew it was going to be a work in process. Mankins is a fantastic player; however, his pass protection skills have been declining. At this point, in the passing game, Connolly and Cannon are at least equals to him.

That being said, the Dolphins also put on a pass rushing clinic. Both Solder and Vollmer are in the upper echelon of edge defenders, and Wake made them pay.

Cameron Wake almost singlehandedly stopped that passing game in the second half, and it was breathtaking to watch.

He'll demand to be traded to a team that will high five him.

It seems absurdly unlikely.

However, Joe Montana is his boyhood idol, so you never know...

I dont like the Patriots. They are becoming the Notre Dame (either love em or root against them with very little middle ground) of the NFL.

That being said, I hate to see a long time face of the franchise ever traded. When Joe Montana went to the Chiefs I thought it was an abomination as he was the 49ers.

Plus I think Tom and Bill give each other handies while watching game film.
