I understand. I was agreeing with your speculation, since that is all we have. My speculation is the staff had problems with ABC's and that is pathetic. I have seen it happen on the OR, anesthetic reversal given resulting in profound bradycardia and arrest. Anesthetist froze. CPR had to be started by RN observing as part of orientation to work in PACU. Fortunately patient survived.
