in most places you will have to get your contacts at the doctor. They give you free trials, don't be a dick. Get your refills at 800-contacts if you must.
Go to WalMart if you want to be cheap.

If you have a Costco nearby I would make an appointment there, if you have normal prescription needs.
Their services are typically excellent and cost of eyeware is significantly less due to the fact they are not part of the luxxotica monopoly
