And to whom would the NFLPA appeal to? The commish, according to the CBA signed off on by the NFLPA. The suspension is basically irrelevant if/when no other team in the league picks him up, and that would be monumental PR gaffe.Most of the talking heads are saying that the league's (Goddell taking the position that since it has come out that Rice lied ( he claimed self defense in his meeting ) the league now has new information to act on. Rice's atty had a copy of the video, why didn't the league demand it as part of its investigation???

So when the appeal court finally wraps up Hardys case and finds him guilty, which they will, will he done for good too? Because what he did is way way way way worse
