Zach has never owned a Subaru but he does notice that the paint job doesn't take exposure to sun very well. Zach assumes that people who own them don't have actual garages.

Pretty sure if you go up to a dude you outweigh by 100 pounds and have a few inches on, start yelling at him and then corner him in an elevator and beat him down, you go to jail.

If anything Rice got off easier because his victim was a woman he was dating (and subsequently married).
