I agree, but in my experience, no ATs really kill it in mud.

Those Toyos above look pretty sweet.

I am running the BFG's AT's right now and am buying some mud grips next month.

Only tire I've had that ran good in mud was Destination MTs, only mud tire I've used. End of life was deafening on the road. Not worth the extra mud traction if you drive on pavement any decent amount. Besides, if you have 4x4 mud tires are rarely needed unless you're going somewhere where there just is no previously defined path. Now that I'm not stupid, I just avoid those places
