Tre Mason did it last yr in the SECCG. I don't have an exhaustive list but plenty of ppl have done and it and not garnered much attention at all. Granted, those guys might have been considered more likely heismen contenders.
Anyway, you would have to think someone has done it between Howard and Peterson.

I dunno. He has over 100 all purpose yards in his career.
