I don't think Les wants to go back to Michigan. He's 60 years old, I doubt he's up for a rebuilding job when he can just sit at LSU where he's surrounded by 5 star recruits (talking about the entire SE + Texas).
As for Cam, I don't think Michigan is going to hire someone with as poor a HC record as he has.

This
7-8 years ago when he was in his early 50s made a lot more sense than now.
Why leave a top 5-10 program where you get loaded rosters every year for a situation where it'll take a couple of years to get things going(ie competing for a title?)
The michigan man argument doesn't hold water either.
