I, for the first time ever, am just glad to have a few weeks of cupcakes to allow this young team to continue to gel. These games generally don't make for very entertaining football, but our players will get some valuable reps.

I'll go on record now as saying that I hope Jennings gets the vast majority of the snaps. He has flashes of great QB play, but he's too inconsistent. We need to worry about getting the starter up to speed before we start worrying about sharing reps with the backup.

LSU has way more talented weapons than we thought. We will learn how the coaching staff intends to use the talent.

We will also learn if our lines are going to be productive. If they struggle this week it may get tough against SEC opponents. We have talent and good coaching though. I am actually excited for our two "cupcake" games.
