It's pretty bland.
And Costner is really melancholy who acts as if he's so far over his head - there's no way he'd ever get this GM job IRL.
It's just not that interesting - and really spends most of the movie advertising the NFL and showing stadiums and ESPN pundits and Roger Goodell.
The story itself is so thin...it's almost laughable.

Only reason I gave it a chance. I knew it was going to suck, but I gave it a try anyway. It was as bad as I anticipated.
