Pretty expensive to rebuild. Cost to replace would be in the same ballpark and you get a 3yr/100k warranty on part and labor...as long as installed by a repair shop.

That's a reman/rebuilt unit and trust me they use cheap convertors. If the reman company sells 100 units and gets 50 back they still make money.
