I was stating that I want the ISIS guys dead for the shite they do. How this happens is an ongoing debate.

We are at a severe disadvantage. Best option is to allow another homegrown Arab militia (Hezbollah) destroy them with the help of Syria & Iran. Using overfed State Armies is not a good recipe for defeating organic militias that rise up from their soil. This is why we initially trained and supported Al-Qaeda, to repulse the invading Soviet army using a militia, and it worked, except after the collapse when Frankenstein turned its attention to USA.
