Tarpon making grand reappearance in Lake Pontchartrain

wick where in the bay is Blakley Island? Guy told me it was full of tarpon last week. Not big ones but big school of 40-60 pounders. Said they schooled up a big bunch of mullet and dozens went airborne on them at once. (That would be a cool pic)
