Okay, so I put in a little over 6 hours on it yesterday.
Open World- I still don't get what the big deal with not having it is. I guess I play the game a little bit differently then most people. I don't go to other peoples houses. Having to load a new plot isn't that bad to me, especially when the loading times are as short as they are in this game. I tend to stay around my house, and go to the other town places very occasionally. So, no big deal to me, but it's driving some people up the walls to not have this.
Not having cars and dishwashers is curious.
The social interactions aren't really what I thought it'd be like. I thought they'd be better. It's still an improvement over other installments. The new interactions are a blast. For instance when my guy is feeling confident, he gets new things to say and do to people like giving out a more effective pickup line.
The new skills and jobs are fun. No one sits outside your house honking anymore when it's time for you to go to work. Which is nice if you don't like nagging, but bad if you forget to go to work.
The building tool is improved, but I don't like the premade rooms selector. There's nothing wrong with it, I just think that inclusion is pretty lame.
