eta: Titus,have you read any of those Forums where there talking about "Swim plugged 40 mgs of this at ???? o'clock and it wasn't affective enough so Swim plugged 60 mg and got the desired effect."

I still take 30s about once a month but that is it. This month all my connect got were 15's and I did 35 in 24 hours. My friends that do them often were in awe because they know I rarely do them and don't know how I used to be the oxy monster!
