It was poorly executed for sure.

What a complete dumbass! There were about 6k-7k people that showed up for this. A lot of which at the same time. There were many rushes thoughout the afternoon. Approximately 6-8 people worked the door. The turnout was greater than expected, but we handled it well as the line always kept moving. PLEASE don't come to the next one or anybody's cause all you will do is complain like a spoiled brat! The chapter knows it was a success! Thanks to the thousands that showed their appreciation!

LSUstephen17 is either a girl...or his wife jacked his TD handle. No dude talks like this.

I was there. It blew. The lines were way too long and I didn't even get any food...because the lines were way too long. "Come on kids, let's go stand in that line for 45 minutes, ok?"

LSUstephen17, there were issues at the tailgate. Were there not long beer, food, entrance and bathroom lines? Was the beer not expensive? I would ask about the food, but I couldn't tell you what it tastes like.

One food line? One beer garden for 5,500 people? Come on!

The LSU Houston Alumni chapter might want to find another spokesperson. You are making the whole group look bad and with as much as you advertised this thing in the past couple months, i'm guessing you are in some sort of leadership position within the group. unfortunately, that explains a lot. the best advise I can give to you is to just accept your failure, learn from it and move on.

So your saying that it was mismanaged and whoever was in charge was just letting as many people in as possible instead of stopping at a manageable number?

The only reason you said the chapter knew it was a success because you sold a lot of tickets and probably made a lot of money. That really means shite, especially when you put out such a crappy event. Yes, you probably did not expect such a large crowd but who's fault is that?

It appears you're really too stubborn to admit the chapter's failings about this event. You need to take your head out of the sand.

Oh, and best of luck on your next event!!

No...what you need to do is quit promoting something that didn't come off as advertised. I'm glad YOU and yours had a good time but quit speaking for everyone else. It was not well organized and logistically speaking it was a complete goat fk!
Most people are simply stating it wasn't worth $50...that is all!
