It sucks but if they play they're cards right they'll more than make it up in goodwill or lawsuits.

Erin Andrews' thing was played really well by her and I think she cashed in on it.

1. your "rights" are basically positive or negative. Protections from the governments or guarantees of something from the government. Privacy is most certainly not a guarantee, so it is a protection from. In this case, the government had nothing to do with it.

2. Show me in the constitution where you have a right to privacy?

wut? A person does something and records it for their own use. It somehow gets out of their hands. Someone else now has access to this record. It is no longer private!!

The "right to privacy" is a myth anyway.
