I love the fullback position...

but if he is not a big time bruising blocker or pass cathing threat. It's a wasteful position because u don't have to cover him.

I like Neighbors, personally I think he is more talented than Copeland, but that's not saying much. I thought Copeland was decent. I know others who really loved the guy as a player. Melvin Jones is an unknown and we have a boat load of receivers who can make the defense be honest.

When we went to three wides. Jennings looked more comfortable and the defense couldn't just load the box. I know we are ground and pound culture, but our offensive talent may dictate us to use the pass to set up the run.

personally i think we should run the ball with a fullback more often. Neighbors also had a few good long receptions last year, so to say you don't have to cover him is a bit much.

They can't run I-formation every game. The o-line was playing like crap which allowed the defense to dictate the pace/style of the game. Once we opened it up a little, our o-line was able to open up huge holes. It's all about making adjustments and calling plays that have high success rates. Not every game will be the same, which is why we all love football.
