What happened to the Wisconsin player that was carted off?

And does anyone know his status?

Don't know, but from what someone else mentioned on this board, he's ok. They took him to the hospital obviously with concerns about a spinal injury and they turned out negative.

His name is Konrad Zagzebski, he was released from the hospital and traveled home with the team. He's fine. Hope he has a good return and a great season.

I posted this yesterday, but will post again because I want the news to spread.
The guy is fine. They feared a spinal injury, so they kept him in the hospital overnight. He was released on Sunday and travelled home with the team.
On a side note, people here in Madison were impressed by LSU's "classy move" when we knelt in solidarity with UW.

And you guys would have done the same had the situation been reversed.

Thank heavens, good to know he is alright. Very scary moment.

Awesome. Glad he is ok and LSU showed class. Glad they understand there are things bigger than a game of football.
