I can't wait till all the oil is gone or we figure out how to power cars with water or something so that that whole region can go back to being an irrelevant wasteland of nomads riding camels from oasis to oasis.

I'm sure we can build steam powered cars now but you'd get a max speed of maybe 30 mph.
