Very discouraging.
There are adults standing right there...they don't seem too concerned...the little baby sitting there is calm

The people standing around and watching and filming it on their cameras and the lady trying to just drag the mom away are indicative of the decaying state of our society. No one in that video reaches out to help the poor kid and it's obvious he's been yelling at her long enough to gather a crowd and they get out their phones and film it. fricking pathetic.
