I don't know details of the situation, but if she knew about the shrimp and her sister moving for a while, then she was completely wrong for springing this onto you at such late notice. You should let her know that. If you help her without confronting her on this, she will keep doing stuff like this. She needs to know that this is unacceptable.

It would depend on how much I care about her honestly. If I wasn't into my lady very much, I would certainly turn around. If I cared about her, I would help her, but I would certainly show her that a continuation of this type of behavior is not acceptable, and I will be a gone pecan, if this continues. Nonetheless, red flag would certainly be up.

Yep



I'm a planner though so I would have already known what I was doing Saturday by the previous Monday.


And OP...it's your gf, not your wife...so she should have asked you, not commanded you to spend your Saturday this way or assumed you would be cool with these plans.



ETA: It's a lil different once they become your inlaws. Not saying she can command you...but you are more expected to attend family stuff then that is all.
