People started PPR because QBs and RBs were dominating the leagues. PPR creates parity among the positons by giving WRs more value.

As it is, QBs dominate the top 10 fantasy scorers. 7 out the top 10 scorers were QBs last season. They dont need points per completions.

The 3 remaining top 10 players were RBs.

Do you know how many passes were caught were no or negative yards were gained? A 1 yd catch for a first down is valuable. You cannot determine different values for every little play in the game. In the broad scheme of things it's a good scoring method.

You're right... It's just as valuable as a 1 yard run. However, you get 1.05 points for the catch and 0.1 points for the run.

Please explain how that is fair!
