Oh I know this but I was in state waters. Those two boats were clearly on a charter trip. They were coaching them and you could pretty much tell.

I've been wondering this. If LA recognizes state waters to 10 but feds don't, if you get ticketed between 3-10, what happens? You just have to pay it? Is there a way around it?

Just curious. I've never been on a boat offshore that's been checked
