Meh. You don't become the top player in the NBA by not having competitive fire.

It's only competitive fire when you're winning.

When you're losing it's called being a jerk.

Of course, LeBron James won a couple MVPs – and championships – in Miami. Kobe, meanwhile, has yet to win either since then.

boom
Although he has succeeded in running off every decent player that comes there. Kobe wins at being a diva bitch. He ruined the Lakers long before Buss Jr did imho fwiw tbh.

Ditto for Lebron, except Lebron has a very realistic chance for more

Legit. Although Lebron will certainly rival/surpass that when he's done.

Conclusion- Lebron will almost certainly finish his career with more points, rebounds, assists than Kobe. Likely higher career PPG, with a definitely higher FG%. He will have more MVP's, he will likely be regarded as the better defender. He is the better teammate, and makes his teammates better than Kobe didd/does. Buuuuut that one time Kobe score 81 points in a game!!!!

Not only did the Lakers not win a title in that time frame, but they were utterly embarrassed in the playoffs year after year, and didn't even make it last year.
