That guy had to be incredibly disoriented with all that spinning. Would love to know what they tried to Save this guy.

Only two courses of action.
Use the static line retrieval system (mechanical system that parallels the anchor line cable on certain high performance aircraft) and bring the jumper back in.
Gain altitude, ensure the jumper is alert and oriented (incredibly difficult in this situation) and cut the obstruction (either equipment or static line - in this instance he is being towed by his static line) so the jumper can fall free and employ his reserve parachute.
A nightmare for all involved.
