Highest I've ever experienced here was 118
In the summer sun rises at like 5 am and it doesn't get dark till like 8-9 so there is no need for daylight savings. In the winter sunrise is 6-7 and it gets dark by 6.

I've gotten used to it out here.
Plus....it's worth it in the winter when everyone is bitching about the cold and its 70 degrees here and sunny.

I'm not a big fan of the cold either, thankfully it rarely gets cold here
