re: Chinese Chef dies after cobra bite - 20 minutes AFTER snake's head was cut off

About 3 weeks ago my pops and I went fishing in this pond in BFE Arkansas (shite, it may have been in Oklahoma, very close to the state line where we parked our vehicle.) Anyway, while on our journey to this honey hole (on foot for like 3/4th's of a mile) through very dense vegetation and what resembled some of the thickest bush I'd ever seen in Louisiana, we had to stop and submit to probably about 6 or 8 God Damn Cobra Kang snakes. A few of them did the whole curl up, raise their head and mean mugged the frick out of us display. We were warned that this honey hole was heavily guarded by such predators, but was assured it would be well worth our risk. So on our last approach to our destination (the final 10 feet or so) this fricking guy literally jumps out from behind a tree and my dad impressed me with this cat like quickness (he's 67, but still a legend in my mind) and he hit it in the top of his head with his cain. While it was stunned I stepped on its head while my dad separated it from its body. My dad felt that it's 20 or so inch body would make for good catfish bait. Well we threw his fricking head in a bucket, where it danced around for a good 30 mins. I know some people confuse diamond back water snakes with cotton mouths, but there was no mistaking this one. He was like showing his evil fricking fangs as his head banged around our bucket like it was a drum or something. Since I'm already at tl;dr I might as well add that I filmed this with my iPhone 4s, and in the process my dad thought it would be hilarious to throw a rock at the back of my legs while screaming "SNAKKKEEE" and I straight tossed my phone about 15 feet into the pond.

In conclusion: lots of God Damm Cobra Kang snakes. Kilt one. Head is fricking evil. Caught 3 catfish that weighed less than 4 lbs. lost phone. Luckily due for free upgrade. Dad is a fricking a-hole. Will never risk my life with him again.
