Tebow would have had the 4th best 40 time. The best 3-cone drill time. The best 20 yard shuttle time. The 2nd best vertical leap. He didn't do the bench press, but it's reasonable to think he would have been near the top of that as well.

Overall? Or among QBs only?

He won, plain and simple. Took the Broncos to the playoffs for the first time in years and got past divisional round in standard Tebow fashion.

Didn't they make the playoffs at 7-9 after losing their last 4 games?

Yes. Could see him as another Todd Christianson.

Now that I'm finally at a computer, let's address the "Tebow couldn't cut it at TE because he's never done it and it takes a lot of time, certainly more than a couple of years, to pick up it up" argument and "he's too small and slow" argument.

Players with very little experience at football before converting to TE...

Julius Thomas: 1 year of football prior to going pro
Jimmy Graham: 1 year of football prior to going pro
Antonio Gates: no college football experience

Players who switched positions to become receivers in the pros...

Julian Edelman: college QB to pro WR
Matt Jones: QB to receiver
Brad Smith: QB to RB/WR
Josh Cribbs: QB to RB/WR
Antwaan Randle El: QB to WR
Freddie Solomon: QB to WR
Ronald Curry: QB to WR
Marlin Briscoe: QB to WR
Gene Washington: QB to WR

Now that we've shown that supremely athletic individuals can, in fact, learn to catch and run in a short amount of time, let's move on to Tebow's size and speed.

Current players with similar size and speed to Tebow (6'3" 235 4.71 forty-yard dash)... (I can only imagine what would pop up if I had the determination to look at previous TEs)

Jordan Reed: 6'2" 235 4.72
Zach Ertz: 6'5" 245 4.76
Charles Clay: 6'3" 245 4.73
Dwayne Allen: 6'3" 255 4.89
Garrett Graham: 6'3" 245 4.71-4.82

So now, it's seems pretty clear to me that (a) superior athletes can learn to catch a ball and run with it in a short amount of time and (b) Tebow's smaller size doesn't rule him out. That leaves us with... bias.
