Came here to say Sandpoint, Idaho but you beat me to it. Pretty much the whole drive from Coeur d'alene to Libby, MT.

Sat on the curb in Enterprise and ate a box chicken lunch there. Wasn't the best lunch, but was some of the best scenery around.
