It is pretty amazing that this calendar year Obama referred to ISIS as the JV team and now the WH is looking at them as a possible 9/11 style threat. He is literally making it up as he goes...there is no forethought, no plan, no contingency.
He likes the thought and perks of being president more than the actual job and views foreign policy as a nuisance.

Hosting black celebrities for dinner at the White House and playing golf is much more fun than dealing with all of the clusterfricks going on around the world right now, including our own borders.
