To the ones saying Christians did not vote for Romney due to him being mormon, not so true. They did not vote for Romney because he stood a form of the ACA in his state. He is and was a larger Gov guy.

This is why I couldn't vote for Romney and it had nothing to do with his Mormon faith. I didn't view him as a true conservative. But with hindsight, he was still head and shoulders better than Obama. Since La. carried Romney, my vote would have been irrelevant anyway.

Rand Paul is my favorite Republican, but right now, it's Mitt Romney's to lose if he decides to run again.

I'm not huge fan of Romney, but he can run the one of the biggest "I told you so" campaigns ever. He's an establishment type without the last name "Bush."

As much as I really like Rand Paul, I don't see how he gets out of the GOP primary. The strong hawks of the party and even the Christian conservative types who don't like Rand for his moderate leanings on the Drug War won't let it happen.

I actually think Rand has a stronger chance at beating Hillary than he does getting out of the GOP primary. He's the only guy who works hard at expanding the conservative movement to the black and Hispanic communities.
