there are a lot of resources to help guys like you. Just knowing the actual value of what you are buying is important. Also use truecar.com, the best car buying resource i've seen. LINK
As a use for reference i looked up camrys in my area. Found several newer than an 07 for less than 16k on there. A few as low as 12k
