Let's be specific here. In 2000, a STL drug task force was making its 3rd or 4th buy from two low level crack and heroin dealers. When the police officers approached the car of the dealers, they (the drug dealers) backed up and crashed into another police cruiser which had blocked them in. The police officers in front fired into the car and killed the two petty drug dealers.

McCulloch's biggest offense on that case was calling the two petty drug dealers "scum." That's what pissed off the professional race baiters. And yes, Sharpton showed up then, too, and did his Sharpton thing.
