From what I gather, when recruited, they are told that they are expected to become total gym rats and follow strict diets and workout regs. On the surface this isn't anything out of the ordinary but it is the leadership already in place that makes it natural for the incoming cubs to transition into the strength and conditioning program naturally.
Again, every program has a S+C program but LSU's players just buy into it and make it a bigger part of their lives than most would.
That's just what I gather from years of reading and hearing things.
As for R Robinson, I am still amazed that a kid with those skinny legs was as athletic as he was in HS. He and White definitely seem to be diving into the S+C head first and we all know that they will be a key aspect to this defense's ability to handle anything thrown at them.
