it seems every time a homeowner shoots and kills someone it's justified, but let a cop shoot someone and kill someone and he's automatically a murderer.

My sister lives on this street and there are NO street lights on. It has been like that for years. Some bullshite about the subdivision having to pay for the lights to stay on and not the city. Bunch of bullshite if you asked me. When I saw this story I sent her a text to make sure everything was cool. That subdivision is literally pitch black when it becomes night time.
