This part, I disagree with.
Only point your firearm at someone you are willing to shoot.
Only pull the trigger with the intent to kill. Don't do that movie BS.
Now, we can discuss the DECISION to shoot. But, once you decide to shoot...center mass, grouped, fire until the threat is 'neutralized'.
Again...not saying whether or not I think it should have happened this way.

All of this. You know you're talking to someone that doesn't know what they're talking about when they suggest shooting an assailant in a moving appendage.

Yep. Broward County sheriff was on the radio this am and asked if police are taught to shoot an arm or leg if someone charges them (due to the initial shots to Brown being in the arm).
Sheriff said never. Said all officers are trained in the importance of NEVER trying to "wing" someone coming at them that is a threat. Center mass shots only until the person stops coming. Period.
