I'm thrilled about Capaldi as the Doctor, so I'm very excited.
I'm guessing based on your last question that the first 2 are about New-Who.
So:

The Library 2 parter
The Doctor Dances 2 parter
Midnight
Vincent and the Doctor
A Good Man Goes to War
50th
(personal reasons) Cold War and Asylum of the Daleks
Tennant (scroll for my +Classic rankings)
A ton. Hated Pertwee. The only one I didn't like at all.
