I am a football coach in a large suburban high school. Do you know which sport I refuse to coach because of helicopter parents constantly complaining about their child not playing. The sport where parents write letters to the school board and initiate a witch hunt because the coach dared raise his voice at a player.....Baseball.

Coaching baseball in the suburbs is literally more catty than being the cheerleading sponsor. Forget whether the team wins as long as little Johnny gets his chance to play.

I guess it is because of all the minority kids and Democratic voting parents playing baseball.

Nope It's because baseball, unlike football is a sport where you can't hide behind your teammates. When you go to the plate, it's you against the pitcher and no one else. Every eye is trained on you. Therefore, it's much easier to see success and failure for the average parent who in reality knows little to nothing about the sport.

If that were the case why would he say that in baseball he experiences more:

If they can plainly see their kid sucks why would they push for playing time over better kids?

Now compare the race and family income level for the average baseball and football player. Baseball players are wealthier and whiter and the I whine/complian/want everyone to play exponentially more than football players who tend to be poorer and minorities.
