Cooks is fast, but he isn't very fast. He can run physically but will be outmanned by physical receivers. He has a very promising career, but I think we are seeing his ceiling.

You got a serious response on that one. It's looking like this should be an effective troll, but it won't be a very satisfying troll unless Duncan responds. It might be good to reference articles that Duncan wrote as your own. That might be going too far though.

Thanks! It's these kind words that keep me energized to do what I do. From what I have seen, Meachem has the most upsize of any of the non-starters. He is fast, young and makes a great hotcake. He puts butterscotch chips in them, and they are delicious! Yum. Definitely the best breakfast of any of the reserves

Good question. Not sure about your definition of practice squad/non-starter, but I really like the potential of Lelito and Griffin. Both look like excellent developmental longterm prospects. Another under-the-radar guy that I wrote about yesterday is Tobais Palmer. He's a speedster who the Saints want to look at on kickoff returns. He'll get a long look vs. Indy.

That's a good question and a tough one. I think the league will not ignore any options for talent. However! I do think that there's already two controversial issue being played out right now with Michael Sam being the first openly gay person to try and make a team along with the Redskins refusing to change their dispicable, hateful name. I have a hard time thinking that French speaking Canadians playing in America's NFL wouldn't bee too much water for one bucket of controversy. Maybe once Sam is accepted and the Navajos are the new name in Washington, only then can we cross this water into French Canadians.

True, but your correct verbage should actually be "Openly" French Canadian. Just as Sam isn't the only gay player in the league, he is the only "Openly" gay one. His courage is astounding, and Ladouceur's is equally if not moreso. There is much public awareness for the plight of LGBT's in this world, but nobody stands up for the poor French Canadian's. Take Ldouceur for instance. His initial scouting report out of college had him ranked as at worst a 5th round pick, but more like a 3rd-4th. Once he came out as French Canadian, he went undrafted. Now he is relegated to hiking the ball to a punter so a kicker can boot it 3 times a game (more for other teams... this is the Cowboys now). We need more FC's to stand up for their rights. Until that happens, this will be an issue that will be pushed down the road a few more years.
