What is the underlying problem? Is it teaching high school kids, that school, that administration, or etc?

Definitely wouldn't quit right now with schools starting up, but if you are that unhappy, you should definitely pursue other options to use your teaching degree.

In the mean time- is there anything you can do to make your current situation better? Can you create a new lesson that is engaging to both you and students?

The students discipline here is the worst I have ever seen. I have a good class, but the other two are filled up with so many overaged thugs I can't keep my head straight.

I was awarded at my old school with the highest test scores there my last two years. I'm afraid I not only hate this school, but that my test scores could destroy me.

To answer another question, the faculty here is great. They are working to fix the struggles, but my mindset is just not the same, warm and fuzzy thing they are implementing.
