Thanks. Not knowing what it was meant, I just went with the sound. Mon cheri makes sense with the cajun slang. My grandparents are cajun. Never heard it from either of them.

You're just saying that because that's how you spelled it before... nothing about the explanation of what it means would lead it to ever be "sha" unless, like me, you didn't know any better

He's right though. They opened a baby store here and named it sha baby. Those tards spelled the name of their fricking store wrong. And I'm a yankee!
