Trying to upgrade at TE(Julius Thomas)

Had our 12 team PPR Auction Draft this past weekend.
I have Vernon and Olsen at TE and was trying to move one of them and one of my RBs to get Julius.
My Squad:
Stafford/Rivers
DMurray/Stacy/Spiller/Ingram
VJax/Tate/Harvin/ESanders
Vernon/Olsen
His:
Foles/Flacco
Ellington/Rice/Sankey/Gerhart
DeSean/Torrey/Cecil/RileyC
Julius/Gates
I offered him Spiller and Vernon for Julius and Sankey. He countered changing out Spiller for D Murray. Not crazy about that.. Should I stay put or come back with something else. Was thinking Demarco and Olsen for Julius and Sanky or Gerhart
What do you guys think?

not sure if there is much of an upgrade there. Vernon Davis had more yards and TDs than Thomas & finished 2 points behind him overall.
Greg Olsen had more catches and yards then Thomas did. He has nice upside being the #1 weapon in Carolina.
