With a top notch staff in place, I look for Les to gradually take on more of a CEO role as LSU's Head Coach.

This is what he's been since 2005. Nothing has changed.

While I love me some Les Miles, your assertion simply isn't true. He's considered a joke of a HC throughout much of the rest of the country because of his many questionable decisions in crunch time and for just him being Les. I don't agree with this perception but it's nevertheless out there.

For once, he has the coaching staff to complement him and what he does best, recruiting and CEO of LSU football.

I couldn't disagree more with your assertion that's the way it's been since 2005.

Had Les not started changing his ways a few years back, there is a good chance LSU would've moved on without him.

Les Miles has shown more and more over the years an ability to change with the times.
