I think it's pretty clear, from the earlier store video, he uses his size to intimidate people. He tried to intimidate the cop, not thinking the cop would shoot and he shot... and shot and shot and shot and shot and shot.

When you make statements like this without providing the time elapsed from the initial decision to shoot until the offender stopped, you make it look like you're just trying to be provocative.

You had a reasonable observation until your tactic at the end. When cops fire to down a suspect posing an immediate threat they aren't trained to fire one or two shots and then to wait and see.

i read from a couple of sources that there were 4 pops and then 4 more pops. if there was one in the car, that's 9 pops!
mb was just hit 6 times (and maybe by only 4 or 5 bullets - one or two pass thrus.)
