any florida licensed residential contractors on here?

Took 5" of water in my beach house in Pensacola in April during the flood. We have the check from the claim. I have a few questions and could really use a knowledgable person's input.
FYI: replacing 2000sq ft of carpet with tile. I have already cleaned the damage out 3 days after it happened.
