he did not ACTIVELY set out to kill 2 kids.

you could argue he passively did because he got behind the wheel drunk knowing what could happen, but he did not intentionally kill them. arguing otherwise is stupid.

he is a victim because instead of being given his due process as afforded to EVERY US citizen by the bill of rights, he was gunned down by a vengeful father who decided to take the law into his own hands.

That doesn't fricking matter, he did. If he was still alive, do you think he'd say "hey, sorry about your kids, but I didn't mean to do it!" I'm sure the kids' mother is consoled by the fact that he didn't ACTIVELY set out to kill them.

I couldnt give a flying frick what his intentions were. He ACTIVELY was the driver when he plowed into them drunk. He wasn't PASSIVELY driving, was he? (unless he was so drunk he was asleep at the wheel).
