Isn't it illegal or something for US companies to hire on the basis of physical presentation on a resume. I know it's standard for photos to be included in Europe, but read somewhere that this is a no-no in the US.

Anyone who cares will be facebook stalking you anyway. In my mind, it can only be a turnoff to those who would otherwise be disinclined.
